We are the champions my friends!

We did it again. The West Linn Renegades are the Oregon state champions for the fourth year in a row. It was very happy. Nothing major. Kendall and Bryan were freaking out that I got stepped on. I told them it happens all the time. It was very sunny, warm, and hot. I am sunburned a little and I am hoping so bad that it turns to tan quickly. I guess Natalie must be prophetic because she already wrote on her blog that we won, and now we have really won. Cheers nat for your winning luck!

AHHH!

Kendall is home and that is happy. I have a lot of homework, and it is official that we are going to nationals!!!! Pretty much a happy time all around. We are watching Gilmore Girls and making banana muffins. (thanks you gwen stafani for teaching me how to spell bananas!)

We're going to state!

Since I do not play rugby on sunday I went and watched our team play the game. The field was a mess of soft squishy mud. You literally sank into the mud on the sidelines. It was definately a forwards game as the ball was wet and covered with mud. For those of you non rugby players, forwards are the bigger people (like me) that are in the scrums and stuff which means less running more one on one contact. It was a blast to watch but I missed playing. Can't wait to have kendall watch the state championship on saturday!

Rugby

We won our game today and that means if we win tomorrow we will advance on to the state championships. Happy day.

Bowling with my Boyfriends

Last night for young womens we went on a combined YW YM bowling trip. It was so much fun. I played on a lane with Kameron, Jed, Ian, and me best girlfriend Micaela. Lets just say the first game was total girl domination. I scored and 99 (probobly my best score ever) and Micaela scored 106. Kameron was close behind but Ian and Jed both scored in the 70's. We had a good laugh and started the next game. I guess all my luck was used up in the first game because I only scored 65 on the next game, I lost by alot. Well it was really fun to chat with those boys and it made me mad that they aren't that friendly at school. We did make plans to go somewhere when one of us can legally drive. It should be fun.

The Holiday

On one of the rare times that I have down time I decided to watch the Holiday with Mom and Dad. I don't know if it was missing a few hours of sleep or Cameron Diaz's lack of tears, but I don't think I have ever teared up so much in a movie. I love stories that are so happy! Sometimes I think they ruin real life because when is something that great ever going to happy to me. I want that so bad! Definately one of my new faves. Oh and lets just say that Jude Law is very steamy. Mom told me he has no morals so I guess that means he is out of the picture.

Hooray!

After two years of rugby I finally shed blood! I got a cut on my nose by my eye. Hooray! The game yesterday was great. I can't wait for Kendall to come home and watch me play.

More Random

Happy Easter

Overall it was a good day. It was kind of a weird easter because Dad was fasting for his "procedure" and I was the only child at home. Stairs have become my worst enemy because my thighs hurt SO bad. I did learn that the Easter Bunny takes requests because I said I wanted twix and I got some. Mmmm....chocolatey goodness. Well Happy Easter!

Body Damage

Well the big tourney was today and it was crazy! I didn't get the shiner that I wanted but I got pretty close. Can you see those baby little scratches on my eye lid. They hurt alot and yes they are not that exciting. I had a great time. Our team played four 25 minute games. I had the experience to play at lock this weekend, a position I have always feared, and it turns out I really like it, maybe even more than propping. Now this little beauty below is my favorite. It is on the inside of my thigh like two inches above my knee. See the freckle, my knee is up that way. I actually got this one at practice on Tuesday but it has taken three days to come to it's full beauty. Well I love you all and let me just tell you that rugby is a very safe game.

The Office

I laughed harder at the office last night then I have laughed at anything in a long time. I am so glad that it could entertain me that much. Dwight is such a hero. Tonight was kind of a last supper for me. I have a rugby tournament tomorrow and I am starting to get really nervous because I think it will be really tough. I'll have to tell you about it tomorrow. Truthfully I am hoping for a nice shiner for Easter Sunday.

Prison Break

So I finally got a chance to watch Prison Break and all I have to say is wow. How many times do they have to get caught before they can be happy. I would be okay if they all got free, Michael and Sara got married in the temple and had really pretty kids, Link found a new Veronika and everyone else would die.(of course Sucre and Maricruz would be reunited and their baby would be born.) And that could be the end of the show forever and I would be content. But I will tell you when Michael and Sara hooked up I was freeeeeeeeeaking out! So exciting. Too bad she had to be stupid and kill agent Kim. In the end the real question is; Will this ever end? Can they truely drag 22 more episodes into the next season. I hope not because I am starting to miss the happy endings. Like this one. Look how cute they are. This is what she says: I'm not a jealous woman. But I'm a careful one. Next season I will be watching Prison Break just hoping that Michael (aka Went) will bring back the lovely tan suit that I love so much.

Welcome Home

Well I am now back in Oregon. Life is dandy. Young Women is at my house tonight and that is kind of weird. I am going to be late because of rugby. Rugby was especially hard last night. After sprinting up a hill for 10 minutes we spent an hour on contact drills. I was so exhausted by the end that I came home, ate, and went to bed. I was in bed by 7:55. The good news is that nine hours of sleep is very benificial to my school day. It was a great day eventhough I couldn't move my head more that 45 degrees in either direction. I love rugby and I love that good hurt. I miss you all but having my own bed is really nice.
