I'm Sorry It's Been So Long

I just don't have any motivation to blog. It seems like too much work! So while I gather my thoughts I have this for you to ponder. When Natalie was here living with Kendall and me I went outside to check the mail. Our mother had been digging in the dirt, because that is what yard people do, and in the bottom of one of the holes I found this.

Meet my friend the mole. Doesn't his coat look beautiful! Kendall wouldn't let me touch it but it looks so soft! What is up with it's ugly little nose and those feet digger pattle things on the front are disgusting.

Three Cheers for the Great Life

Life has been so exciting lately and still I cannot get the motivation to blog!
First and most importantly my rugby team ranked second in the region. That means we are second out of 22 teams! It is amazing. I had a blast going to Washington last weekend to play. The championship game was super physical against the Amazons from Sacramento, CA. Thanks to Alaina who took some amazing pictures.

After the game I was lucky enough to get a Black Angus dinner. So delicious.

Alaina and Adrie came up to Oregon last week and it was so great to be together. Seriously is Adrie not the cutest kid ever. Well I think so. I love being friends with my sisters. Everytime I am with them I love them even more.
Skip foward past a regular boring week and you get to the weekend. I got to go and visit Gabbe in Newberg this weekend and as always I had a blast! One other suprise.

I was ready for a little change.
Happy Mother's Day! I love you all!

We WON!!!

Our fifth year as state champion. Man it feels good. Regionals are next weekend in Washington. If we win both games we will go to Nationals. Please bless we win both games. I have a few more beautiful bruises to add to my collection.
Before the game:
Fierce

After the game:
Gabbe refused to touch me

Having Kendall, Gabbe, and Mom&Dad there was a blast. I can't wait for Alaina to be here next weekend.
The weather was beautiful, I couldn't have asked for a better day. I do have an awesome sock tan though.

Gabbe, Movies, Rugby and Oregon

Another awesome weekend in Oregon! Gabbe came friday night and stayed with me. She's gone now and life doesn't seem the same with her gone. We had a ton of fun watching movies and tv. Saturday was the quarter-final rugby game for state and our coach chose me to be captain! AHHH! It was so crazy scary and such a good feeling at the same time. We played awesome and it felt oh so good. The weather here is CRAZY. One second it was sunny and then the next five minutes it was hailing pea size pellets that stung on our bare skin but never mind we still won 70 some to 5. Today was the semi-final game. I didn't play but my parents were lovely enough to let me go and watch and we won again! You guys have no idea how psyched I am to go to state again. Next Saturday at 12:30 at Delta park we will once again play Canby to contest for our fifth straight state championship. I think you all should come and cheer us on. This is one of my awesome bruises from this weekend.

My Life

Okay friends. I know I have been gone for a long time but I have had a busy few weeks. But don't get me wrong because they have been some of the best busy weeks in a long time.
Utah was amazing. Trips to Utah never dissappoint me and I cannot wait for the day I get to do it again. I got to spend two days with each of the people that I love the most and somehow the days flew by! Here are some of my favorite pictures.

Then I came home and was luck enough to stay conference weekend at Gabbe's new house in Newberg. It is beautiful! It is the closest thing to the Rita lane house that I have ever seen. Just drop dead georgeous inside. This is the only picture I have of it.

This weekend I went down to Eugene for a model United Nations conference. Our school team of 11 people represented Israel in the UN for the weekend. The past few weeks we have been doing research on our country and this weekend we got to be them. I was a little worried that I wouldn't have any friends on the trip but I was mistaken. All of us girls got along so well and I had a blast making new friends with these girls I was suprised to find out how alike we were.

Don't worry, I still love America.
Life is great isn't it?

How to Write a Rap Song

The rap recipe consists of:

one part random object-
ex.-Milkshake, lolly pop, lip gloss, etc.
one part have random object be an inuendo for something not so innocent as object above
ex.-sex and drugs
two parts talk about some crazy partying
and three parts repeat a million times so anyone can get the words super fast and you can have a hit and make millions and get some good bling.

It's a wonder I am not a rap star yet...

Procrastination

English homework is awful.
I really like Wednesdays.
Harry Potter pops into my head all the time and it is always at the most random times.
Waking up at five today was very weird.
I love my bed SO much.
I am excited I get to play rugby today...finally!
Can you believe spring break has passed already?
Kendall comes home in 22 days.
ANTM tonight!
TRL choir festival tomorrow.
I enjoy driving
Michelle can play Us (Regina Spector) and Love Song (Sara B) on the piano and we had fun singing to them today.
I need to shave my legs.
Two more school days!
Model UN is suprisingly a lot of work but it looks like it will be worth it.
I should really start my english homework.
boo...

Spring Break!

Today I went mini-golfing with Micaela, Justin, and Kameron. For those of you who don't know Kameron and Micaela are twins from my ward. Anyway, we went to Bullwinkles and played a round of mini-golf. This is a pic of my whole in two and some others of us.

Micaela and Justin tied, Mallory third, Kameron fourth. I will not be becoming a professional golfer anytime soon.
Then we went inside and played some games. The shooting games were the most fun but I am not very good at them either. I was amazed at how fast the boys could just pick up a game and be good at it. It must be built into them or something. Micaela and I liked to play this percussion game that is like DDR except you are playing the drums. The boys stuck to more serious things, like racing.

I will be in Utah tomorrow!

Happy Easter!!!

I've had this dress for a long time but it never fit. Now it does and it was the perfect Easter dress.

Mom, Dad, and I enjoyed a little honeymoon breakfast and egg hunt before church at nine, we had fun just hanging around. My life long goal of owning a food processor came true, thanks so much Dad!
I am enjoying the first days of my spring break and I am looking foward to going to Utah Wednesday morning. Happy day friends, I miss you all!

Life

Well the 'rents have been gone in New York all week and it has once again proved to be a glorious week. Winter seems to have crept back into Oregon and I must say I miss the sunshine. Rugby practice has moved out of Athey so we actually play in mud and I don't really enjoy the dirt so much. Oh well it's part of the game. There's rugby sleepover social tomorrow night and then a game on Saturday. We are going to play the team that has one giant of an islander girl on their team. I'm going to try and get a picture of her so you can see her. Seriously she is 6'2" and probably weighs 250+lbs. HUGE! I am looking foward to the weekend. I am waiting for Mom to come home right now and I am excited. She promised to take me shopping tomorrow! Also tomorrow we have our first choir festival and I am excited to see how it goes. Heres to doing my favorite things all in the next 35 hours---Missing school, shopping, rugby, and sleep! Cheers.

Late Night Snack

Tonight after rugby I had a huge bowl of fruity pebbles mixed with fruit loops. It was so delicious and full of fruity goodness. Dad had a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch, chocolate yogurt life, and fruit loops. Mmmm...I love cereal.

This post is dedicated to Josh because I am told he doesn't like cereal.
Josh if you want to be part of this family you need to learn to like it.
Love you!

Animal Obsession

For some weird reason I really like to have my picture taken with animal statues. Don't really like animals that much but here they are...
The Lion at the Yankee Candle Store in Boston

Ahhh Sinclair love in Utah

The Bull in Wallstreet...my dreams finally came true!

And this weird little bunny in Boston

I'm sure there are more and there will be more.
So now whenever you see an animal statue you can think of me. Anyone else have a weird something they like to take pictures of or with?

Another Good Week

The close of the school week has finally come! It was a good time but I must say I am glad for the weekend. This week I made a few things. First I made this beautiful vest and then I got back my first pinch pot from sculpture and clay oh and last week I made Valentines day cupcakes. Man I love to do homely things.

Tonight we had a rugby social with our team and it was a ton of fun. We got to taking pictures and it was very entertaining. I'll post all of them on facebook if you want to see more.
Well here's to waking up at 6:00 on a Saturday to get to a rugby game!

PS- I can't get a good picture of my black hair but trust me, it's black.

Something New

I have black hair. I know what you are thinking and it's not my thick leg hair but rather the shadow box that came in WAY dark. It is black. I am slowly getting use to it. Don't worry, I don't plan on having any lifestyle changes in the future.
XOXO

A Few Thoughts

-I think I sprained my thumb
-Four girls from the Kent, WA rugby team stayed at my house last night and it was a lot of fun
-Turf makes my knees bleed
-I really like having people to socialize with
-I like it when you get a lot done but laying around is nice too
-Natalie is gone and it makes me sad
-I like it when I listen to music artists before they get big. They started playing Ingrid on the radio and I can say I liked her before she was on the radio
-Boots are my favorite
-I LOVE fashion (Well G would tell me I like fashion but I really LOVE him...)
-Being able to drive is one of the best things that has ever happened to me
-This will be my first summer that I actually have to find a real job
-When I was little my only job was to empty the silverware. I would pretend the knife and spoon were married and the fork tried to break them up, so when the fork fell on the spoon I would hit the fork with a knife. I still have to remind myself that it's not really like that.
-I have finally got to the point where I would rather spend my money than save it.
-I am coming to Utah for spring break
-I had a dream Kendall and I got iphones...just a dream
-I need new rugby cleats real bad
-I want a pet squirrel more than anything (well maybe not anything...)
-My graduation seems SO far away! Only three more symesters
-Harry Potter is real
-I crave warm beaches all the time! Any one want to go to some warm tropical island with me?
-I am taking a nap today.

The New Symester

Dear readers,
The new symester started and I am having a great time. I now have sculpture in clay so I put all of my emotion into my pinch pots. It is my first high school art experience and I must say it takes me back to the days in Arizona where I took ceramics in summer school. I also started my economics class and that is a good one too. My favorite teacher teaches it so I know I will learn a lot. Today I learned I should start saving for retirement now because the baby boomers will steal social security from all of us. Well in order to save I need to get a job...any ideas?
The rain continues to fall in Oregon and it makes me very sleepy. I must say the one bad thing that I picked up from my Arizona days is the idea that when it's raining outside you come inside. In Oregon things keep on going. Rugby is very wet these days which makes playing on the turf that much nicer since there is no mud. Mom and Dad are back from Las Vegas and I had a very enjoyable time with Nat while they were gone. I'm having a great time just living.
